Renovation and expansion of areas of Hospital Carlos Chagas, located in the city of Guarulhos/SP, as follows: Pharmacy, Kitchen, Outpatient Clinic, Warehouse, Surgical Center, Administrative Areas (6th, 7th and 8th floors),
Adult Emergency Room and Diagnostic Unit .
The contract is divided into ten distinct areas, interconnected between four buildings, with a total construction area of ​​approximately 2,730m².
The main works of this contract cover civil works and installation services, such as: execution of general services (masonry, plaster, subfloor, ceramic coatings), metal structures, drywall, finishing (paintings, marble and granite, ceramics and metals), wood, aluminum, iron and glass frames, furniture, as well as electrical, plumbing, sewage, chilled water network and chilled water central, automation, air conditioning, fire detection, medicinal gases, nursing calls and cold rooms .
