CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TOWER

The Work was divided into three parts, phased as follows:
1st Phase: Excavation, containment, direct and indirect foundations, concrete structure,
façade closings, grounding and SPDA, waterproofing.
2nd Phase: Execution of façades with monolayer coatings,
aluminum and glass frames , coatings, finishes and general installations, HVAC, special
(only infra), medical gases and nursing call for the Ground and
Underground, as well as paving and installations fire on empty floors.
3rd Phase: Execution of aluminum and glass frames, coatings, finishes
and general installations, HVAC, special (only infra-wired), medical gases
and nursing call for the areas of the 2nd and 3rd floors, IT in the Mezzanine,
Technical Floor and Coverage.
With a total construction area of ​​9,388.77 m², it consists of eleven floors and
coverage, divided as follows:
– Underground – Garage for 10 spaces, morgues and support areas;
– Semi-buried ground floor – pediatric ICU, adult ICU and offices;
– Mezzanine;
– Floor 1;
– Floor 2;
– Floor 3, 5 and 6;
– Technical floor – equipment;
– Coverage – Reservoirs and technical areas.
