PASTEUR HOSPITAL – RETROFIT

Civil works in existing areas for adjustments, improvements and expansions in the sectors of Hospital Pasteur, which consists of:
– Retroft in the Power Substation: execution of civil works, revitalization of electrical panels, relocation of existing infrastructure, execution of emergency lighting, revitalization of the exhaust system, adaptation of the QTA, repair of busbars and replacement of QGBT circuit breakers and monitoring of legalizations with the Concessionaire.
– Retroft in the HVAC system: replacement of the air treatment units in the Neonatal ICU, thermal insulation of the chilled water plummets, adaptation of the HVAC system in 5 existing ICU boxes for conversion into an isolation box.
– Works Parking shed: execution of civil works and installations, such as recovery of existing walls, plastering, painting and execution of a new rainwater collection network.
– Recovery and reconstruction of some sections of the main access sidewalk to the Hospital, in the dock areas (loading and unloading access)
